Refunds & Returns

If you have experienced any issues with your order, please contact us at laneprojectnz@gmail.com detailing any damage or issues with your purchase.

A return or exchange of goods can be made if:

- Goods were not misused and were applied following recommend product installation methods (this is at      the discretion of Lane Project Ltd)

- There was a manufacturing fault with the good

- The product you received is not what was ordered

Once arranged by the Lane Project team for a refund or replacement the good may be requested to be sent back to Lane Project. Refunds will be arranged to the customer for the initial cost less any shipping costs which are non-refundable.

Some replacement goods may incur delays if not in stock or have production time frames. 

​

Exchange of goods for change of mind, stolen or misused goods replacement or refund is at the discretion of Lane Project Ltd.
